Although you can always get in touch and schedule an in-person tour of our warehousing and distribution facility, in case you can’t make it (we know how busy days can get!), we wanted to give you a virtual tour that highlights the key areas of our 3PL facilities. This way you can see how well we take care of your merchandise. And for those who do visit us in person, we promise there’s lot more to see!

Our 4 Locations

So that we can properly service the Midwest area, Brendamour Warehousing, Distribution & Services has four facilities. All of them are equipped with state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems, top-level security systems that include camera monitoring and recording systems, and high-grade fire sprinkler systems. All motion, sprinkler and door alarms are monitored around the clock to ensure your goods are safe and secure.

Our Blue Ash Distribution & Office Center is located in Blue Ash, Ohio, and serves the Northeast part of the region. The tilt-up concrete building is 249,000 square feet and features 22 dock doors and three convenient drive in doors. The docks have high capacity levelers, dock seals and canopies. The nice feature about this facility is quick expressway accessibility to I-71 and I-275.

The Brendamour Evendale Business Center is located in Evendale, Ohio, to service the Northwest section of the region. At 415,000 square feet, it is the largest of all our facilities. The brick and concrete building has 21 dock doors and 1 drive in door. The docks feature high capacity levelers and seals. This distribution and office complex also has great expressway accessibility to I-275 and is less than one mile off I-75.

Our Florence Distribution Center is located in Florence, Kentucky, and serves the South/Kentucky area. The concrete block and brick facility is 192,000 square feet and has 26 dock doors and three drive in doors. Dock equipment includes levelers, seals and canopies. The facility is ideally situated 1.9 miles from I-74, providing easy expressway access.

The Brendamour Airport Distribution Center serves the South/Airport areas of the Midwest region and is located in Erlanger, Kentucky. The tilt-up concrete building is 136,000 square feet and has 20 dock doors equipped with levelers and seals, and two drive in doors. It is conveniently accessible to I-71, I-75 and I-275.

Inside Our Facilities

When you enter any one of our facilities, you’ll immediately notice how clean they are. No, we didn’t spruce up just for your visit. Our facilities are always clean because we have strict sanitation and housekeeping standards in place. In fact, our facilities are so clean and products handled with such care and safety that we are approved to handle food-related products.

You’ll also notice how modern our facilities are, with advanced computerized systems and a high-tech warehouse management system running operations. We have the most advanced warehouse management system in place, complete with barcoding applications, to give you real-time inventory, storage and distribution information about your goods so you, in turn, can provide your customers with real-time details about their orders. And you can get your company logistics information 24/7 with our secure, web-based account access.

All our warehouses also feature a special area for our customized order fulfillment and order picking equipment. This service is one of our many specialties here at Brendamour and it’s pretty cool to see our highly automated, fully adaptable shipping and routing computer and gravity conveyor system in action. This high-tech equipment helps us prepare your orders for shipment quickly and accurately.

Equally important, our warehouses are equipped with the latest in equipment and machinery to handle your merchandise with care and save you money in maximizing your square footage needs.

Our racking system, which we use for items that cannot be stacked, is adjustable to accommodate any size product.

When you visit our 3PL facilities, you’re certain to see forklift trucks, box clamp trucks, roll clamp trucks and slip sheet trucks moving about the floor. Then there’s our modern hydraulic lift equipment that allows us to handle your goods whether arriving by truck or rail.

Viewing Our Support Services
